Return to review your health and get you back on track. This appointment is for returning clients.
Service Description
This appointment is only available for clients who are returning after a pause of more than 6 months. We will take a little bit more time to chat, as can change drastically in 6 months time. We will update your assessment, and review your priorities in detail. If you have started any new supplements or routines, please make sure you send this information to your practitioner before the session to optimise your time. Please ensure your environment is free from distractions and that you have any notes or question in-front of you during the appointment. Cancellation Policy
Payments for a consultation is taken on booking, but is fully refundable if you change your mind. Booking made by your practitioner must be paid before they are confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: cancellations later than 24hrs prior to the appointment may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the entire fee. By booking this appointment you, or the named client whom you must be legally able represent, agree that The Neurodivergent Clinic will record health data regarding the named client. The named client, or you as their representative, also agree to accept the advice which your assigned practitioner will provide you during the course of your future appointments. If your are not content with the advice given in these appointments, you are free to seek advice from another practitioner, at your own cost. The notes made by the practitioners at The Neurodivergent Clinic can be made available for any future practitioner you may chose, after receiving your written request. Please note there may be a charge if this request is repeated.
